Zimmer was hired by our buyer to do a septic inspection. A false report was made, stating that E. Coli was running into the lake and that there was no system in place, when in fact there was a proper system. We had to hire another inspector to prove to our buyer that one exists. He refused to refund us our money that we had to spend to prove a false report by his company.
