I filled out the contact section on their website and they contacted me on the day and time that I scheduled. They were nice! Unfortunately, they stopped accepting people who have CalViva Medi-Cal due to having issues to put it in their system. They told me that I would be placed on a waitlist and they ever had a contract again with CalViva then I would see a therapist. I recommend here if you have insurance, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal. Give it a try!

This office appears to be a revolving door of therapists that are recent graduates. From what I gather, they move on to better working environments. We are now on our third therapist after the first two abruptly left the practice. On top of the lack of stability during a time when it is needed the most, the billing issues we have experienced are still unresolved. Stephanie was dismissive of my concerns and fails to respond to emails. I would not recommend Zimmerman Therapy Group.

Zimmerman Therapy Group offers a wonderful team of therapists with multiple office locations. Their caring clinicians with a variety of specialties can truly meet most any mental health need. I highly recommend them!

There isn't enough space to write all the wonderful things about Stephanie that she deserves. Simply put, Stephanie is a true professional and more importantly a wonderful woman. Her ability to take you as you, use her expertise to help you as an individual, is uncanny. Without a doubt the best investment you will make is learning to live and thrive with her guidance.
