They did what I requested in a timely manner and did a good job. Overall well satisfied.
We arrived in Oriental on a Wednesday and noticed a leak in our rudder system. We immediately contacted Zimmerman Marine for assistance. Remarkably, within an hour, a mechanic named Jim arrived to assess the situation. He informed us that someone would follow up with a quote, and true to their word, Jason called within an hour with the estimate and schedule. Our AC went in July of all months. Zimmerman took care of completely installing a brand new system and it runs like a champ! Grateful for clean, detailed work and knowledge of boats.
Great experience, all things considered. Boat broke down in the channel going into Oriental. Got towed here late at night. The next morning, the staff here could not have been more helpful. They worked with me and got things fixed up. It sucks to have to fix my boat...but I have been really happy with the service I have received from Zimmerman (both here and in Charleston).
