Horrible experience today. I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman for, what has the possibility of being a very serious issue, and was impressed to see that other patients gave him 5 stars! Sadly, I never got to see him because I walked out before they called me in. Apparently, either his staff is inept or they just don’t care enough to not overbook because I drove 45 minutes, waited nearly one hour as I watched patients that came in long after I did get called in.
