After enduring 10 months of living in their dump of a property called Oasis at Surfside in Cape Coral Florida, enough was more than enough. Zimmer Development Company is nothing short of a slumlord company. They have the most incompetent company managing their property (Hawthorne Residential Partners). Their property is dirty, full of mold and pest ridden with a side of dead landscaping that they refuse to improve due to not wanting to spend money.
