Incredibly poor communication. Calls are seldom returned. Calls that are returned occur a week late. Information that is discussed may or may not be documented and shared with staff. Doctor communication is brief and infrequent. Our first visit started with staff asking my deaf, 85 year old father who has cancer and severe dementia, if he would like to access MyChart on his cell phone. That basically describes our experience during the past 3 months.

I had all my chemotherapy here for Ovarian Cancer stage 3C and most surgeries and procedures were done here. They were awesome for me. It's been 5 years since my diagnosis

RN Rhonda J. was extremely rude when I spoke to her on 11/1/2025 at approximately 7:27pm. She was the on call nurse for the Zimmer cancer institute. I called because my grandmother was throwing up, having extreme stomach pain, weak, nose bleeding etc. I was seeking medical advice as we were told to call whenever we needed assistance. I have no idea why you are paying Janice Johnson to be the reception on the first floor of the facility. She does not great patients or walk around to both great or inquire if they need anything such as water, etc. She shows no compassion for the patients waiting for blood work, to see their doctor or for infusion. All she does is roam around the facility talking to the nurses, going to lunch and basically hiding behind her computer monitor.
