If you need help with anything related to cancer aside from your doctor, there is no one to talk to as far as getting supplies who's responsible for supplies pass to take you can't talk to anybody. Nobody running this place. Terrible customer service.

Incredibly poor communication. Calls are seldom returned. Calls that are returned occur a week late. Information that is discussed may or may not be documented and shared with staff. Doctor communication is brief and infrequent. Our first visit started with staff asking my deaf, 85 year old father who has cancer and severe dementia, if he would like to access MyChart on his cell phone. That basically describes our experience during the past 3 months.

I had all my chemotherapy here for Ovarian Cancer stage 3C and most surgeries and procedures were done here. They were awesome for me. It's been 5 years since my diagnosis

RN Rhonda J. was extremely rude when I spoke to her on 11/1/2025 at approximately 7:27pm. She was the on call nurse for the Zimmer cancer institute. I called because my grandmother was throwing up, having extreme stomach pain, weak, nose bleeding etc. I was seeking medical advice as we were told to call whenever we needed assistance. Her attitude was so nasty from the beginning of our phone conversation. She wouldn't even help or provide medical advice unless she spoke to my grandma, who was the patient.
