I have no idea why you are paying Janice Johnson to be the reception on the first floor of the facility. She does not great patients or walk around to both great or inquire if they need anything such as water, etc. She shows no compassion for the patients waiting for blood work, to see their doctor or for infusion. All she does is roam around the facility talking to the nurses, going to lunch and basically hiding behind her computer monitor. As a current patient at Novant/Zimmer since 11/2022 I am extremely fortunate to have such an AMAZING team, with the outstanding leadership of my Dr. Lindsay Prochaska. Her professionalism, compassion and overall knowledge and experience is unmatched. I highly recommend her and her outstanding Team!
My experience with Zimmer Cancer Institute and specifically Dr. Prochaska was great, from start to finish. They did everything that they could do to help me be comfortable during chemo, and Dr. Prochaska is very knowledgeable and made me and my family feel better about my situation, which seemed dire at the start.
How do you set up an appointment? Ive never seen it this difficult to set one up. Can’t get anyone except Zack to answer and it’s obviously not his dept.
I am a caregiver for my dear friend who is undergoing chemotherapy. On Friday, Feb 21st, after her appointment, she advised that she saw an Ensure coupon in one of the magazines in the doctor's waiting room. Unbeknownst to us, one of the Registration Specialists, Ms. McKenzie Robson, heard our conversation and graciously gave us a few Ensure coupons. This was such a thoughtful gesture on her part!!
