Some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced in dental. Not only did we get charged for shipping, the product show up late and on separate days rendering it useless for the time for the appointment and we had to pivot and use product from our lab to complete the already rescheduled patient. The rep completely ghosted us when we requested to return the unopened product. I purchased 65 implants from Zimvie as a package and was promised that I could exchange them at any time. However, after I made the purchase, they changed the policy and refused any exchanges. The customer service has been unresponsive, and I’m left with unusable products most of them were expired too!! I definitely do not recommend this company!

This company is very good. I worked here for almost seven years. The only major problem it has right now is its management: they are people who lack any professionalism. Here, promotions are given based on friendship, not on a person's ability. I just learned that Zimvie has been acquired by a French company. I hope these new owners are smart and restructure the entire management team, replacing it with a new one. It's the only way to save this excellent company.
