The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Nice clean shop too.
Found my self stuck in Youngstown with car troubles but then also found some very good humans at Zimms who went above and beyond to help me and I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge and skillset but most of all for their compassion and kindness.
