It's the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. They refused to refund our money when we initially left a deposit in February with a date in April to complete our project. They have threatened to bring a lawsuit for defamation. I say bring because they will lose in an extremely BIG way. They also have said they have NEVER refused a refund to anyone. Let's a lie! It's been almost 30 business days, and there's still no refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!
My friends told me the company continues to operate but refuses to start on their yard project promised back in April. The company also refuses to return any and all correspondence. They have requested a refund but the company refuses. It is without hesitation that I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to my friends, family or my worst enemy.
My brother and sister in law have been sharing their horrific experience with this company. They gave them a deposit of $1400 to mulch their yard in February with a date to have it finished by April 25. They have made numerous attempts to contact them only to get the run around from an office employee saying it is scheduled to be done the following week. It is clear this company is being fraudulent to its customers. Based on the information from my family, I would not recommend them.
