Zimco was recommended by several co-workers. Good advice. Exceptional customer service, timely work (same day service, which, understandably, isn't always possible), and fair, reasonable price. Two thumbs up. Zimco brings some peace of mind, knowing there is an excellent auto repair facility nearby.
Thanks to the Zimco team. They replaced a rattling driveshaft center bearing on my old 1999 Mercedes SLK 230 and the car now drives brilliantly. Fair pricing and got my car ready for me in a very timely manner. Very friendly people to talk to. Not many shops are comfortable working on old Mercedes, so I’m glad I can trust a local shop like this. Thanks again guys - I will bring my cars in for scheduled servicing in the future

I had a great experience with this shop from start to finish. They repaired the valve body inside my transmission, replaced my spark plugs, and fixed a misfiring cylinder—and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I meant to write a review a while back, but forgot about it. This automotive shop has been great so far. The office manager, Kara, was super nice when I asked for a second opinion on a quote for some supposed maintenance that needed to be completed on our Honda Ridgeline. The dealership quoted me something absolutely ridiculous and when I called around the folks at Zimco were the only ones to tell me the maintenance I was asking about wouldn’t even be needed for another 20k miles or so.
