I never have to worry about the service quality at Zimbrick (unlike the dealership in Chicago where I bought the car). The crew clearly knows what they're doing, and they're transparent. The service tech, Nate, is my favorite part of the experience. We drive very similar cars, and we share an enthusiasm for ownership, driving, and maintenance of them.

I chose Zimbrick to detail my Beetle based on glowing recommendations of two different people. The detailing service just missed the mark. The interior windows were not cleaned. Passenger side carpet was not cleaned. Passenger Leather seat not cleaned. Steering wheel was sticky, buttons still dirty. Driver's side carpet was still dirty, though much improved! Although visits for routine maintenance have typically been fine at Zimbrick, this most recent one was a little strange. We had a major maintenance (80K) completed in December of 2025, so this latest visit was really just for a tire rotation at 85K. My teenage son took the vehicle to Service Xpress, and was given some bizarre recommendations: - Oil change every 5K - Tire rotation every 10K - Or, just come back at 90K and do both. Huh?
