Had a tire registering very low (slow leak). I was pleased to be able to get an appointment within a day. Unfortunately the tire needed to be replaced, and a tire had to be ordered. The replacement went reasonably well. I left the car over night. The new tire came in the next morning, and I was able to pick up the car early afternoon. The technician, Stuart, that I worked with is personable, patient explaining things, and a person I trust. Max, the Service Manager, was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied with my vehicle after my service. He reached out and professional, and truly made sure my concerns were taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
