Engine warning light issue, crew checked and rechecked everything, needed replacement part, gave me ride home to get work done ASAP, 24 hrs later it was done. Great service!
I Had a incident with my truck recently. The gauge on my dash for my oil pressure read 0. I pulled off the exit and parked my truck on there lot. I was limited on options seeing it was 11 pm. The next day I got a phone call from the service department. Telling me the oil sensor switch went bad, at least that was what the computer told them. They also stated the oil pan gasket was leaking. Zimbrick's phone system for making service appointments needs improvement... but the service itself is FANTASTIC (honest, fairly priced, and even included a free car wash)! I'm a happy Equinox owner.
Very quick oil change and tire rotation.
Max was very helpful and efficient at getting the fuel pump replaced on my vehicle so I was able to stay on schedule with my travel plans.
