Had an emergency breakdown, Service Consultant Tim Schiess was able to work my vehicle into the daily schedule to diagnose the problem and order needed repair parts for arrival next day to finish needed repair same day parts arrived. Tim was also able to secure me a loaner vehicle while mine was in for repair, which was extremely helpful since we only have one vehicle. Engine warning light issue, crew checked and rechecked everything, needed replacement part, gave me ride home to get work done ASAP, 24 hrs later it was done. Great service!
