Had an emergency breakdown, Service Consultant Tim Schiess was able to work my vehicle into the daily schedule to diagnose the problem and order needed repair parts for arrival next day to finish needed repair same day parts arrived. Tim was also able to secure me a loaner vehicle while mine was in for repair, which was extremely helpful since we only have one vehicle.
