Huge shoutout to Ryan Voss for exception service.
I had stopped by about 5 minutes before 6:00 pm and everything was already closed. If the closing time isn't 6:00 pm please update it so customers aren't wasting their time driving over. Service is generally 5 star usually.
I am a recent new owner of my first Acura having bought last Sept 2023. Overall the buying experience was one of the better ones I have went through in my last 25 years of buying vehicles. I can't say enough good things about Ryan Voss of Zimbric Acura in Middleton. I have worked with Ryan many times over the last several years. I recently had the unexpected experience of a dead car battery. While I didn't have an appointment, Ryan got me back on the road with a new battery in no time. He is the most customer service oriented, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, service manager I have ever known. He is a real asset to Zimbric Acura.
As far as I’m concerned Zimbrick Acura has the best Service Department in the greater Madison area. I actually purchased our second Acura because of the quality of service I’ve received here over the years. The car is fine and all, but the consistently good service experience sets this dealership above others.
