My cousin has been under the care of Zimac for some years now and I have no complaints. The staff is patient with him, the front office is very responsive and they have great facilities. I highly recommend their homes to anyone looking for full time support for a family member with special needs.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me...For some reason, this company refuses to pay their bills. Vendors and suppliers need to be weary. We've been trying to collect on a bill since December for products they are using. Excuses range from not being able to find the invoice, never received the invoice to now they just don't take our calls.
