Organised a service for our Outlander here based off other reviews - and they didn’t disappoint! Great communications and explanations - it was clear they did all the checks detailed in the service. Their pricing and quotes were very competitive as well. Will definitely use them for all our future servicing. Jason was super friendly and approachable.
Great team here at Zillmere Automotive. I’ve used them for everything from standard servicing to some fairly major repairs, and they’ve nailed it every time. Their communication is excellent—I always receive a clear estimate upfront, and they always call to check in before fitting any unexpected parts. This place did everything they could when repairing my car.Also allowing me to store my car there when they were busy before and after repair as was not able to pick up.I am sure Zillmere Auto will do everything they can to address your needs.
Consistently very friendly, polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I appreciated very much how clearly (and without being patronising as some mechanics are to younger women) they explained what they'd found/were monitoring. Very happy and will definitely be back. Highly recommend
