Working with Jessica, Krystal, and the rest of the Zilli team was a wonderful experience. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the wedding planning process and worked seamlessly with all of our external vendors. Our wedding was magical and I can't thank the Zilli team enough for being a huge part of that.
Mom son was recently married here. The food was amazing, but we found the communication among staff was often misleading and confusing. We were given different information several times regarding the set up for the reception. We were told items/ services were included, only to be told later there was an extra fee or the service itself was not even an option by Zilli's. I recommend you get every detail in writing!
As a fellow wedding vendor, I love working with Zilli and their team. I've had the pleasure to work alongside a few of their teams at their venue locations and leave feeling so impressed. Every opportunity to work at a Zilli location with one of their teams brings a sense of excitement knowing the day will run smoothly and the service to our client will be top-notch.
From start to finish, Jessica and Krystal were excellent collaborators for our wedding. We decided on a cocktail-style reception, and they ensured that the entire day ran smoothly with all of the extra moving parts we wanted. The food tasted great, and our guests were full and happy. They were also very accommodating to our last minute changes, which I greatly appreciated.
