Great staff and very nice selection of materials
We had our gas fireplace looked at and cleaned up by Zillges. I want to emphasize the staff that came to my house were 5 star worthy. When they left they were kind and said if you have any problems in 30 days please call us back. That evening my wife used the fireplace and the blower did not work. The next day I called back and JIM answered the phone. What a jerk. That guy should never be allowed to talk to customers. He talked to me like I hadn't owned my home for 24 years. Mixed Experience - Good Service, Problematic Pricing (Wood stove/fire place installation only) Zillges was professional and knowledgeable during our fireplace/wood stove installation consultation. However, their material pricing was a deal-breaker. Example: A 36" Class A insulated stainless steel pipe listed at $300 in their quote costs $125 at Menards. We hired Zillges to redo a long stone wall along our driveway that was falling down. It had to be taken down and rebuilt correctly. Vince and Isaiah did an incredible job!! It looks amazing and we are so happy with the work they did! We will definitely hire Zillges for our next project! The entire team was great to work with from start to finish!
