Dr. Ziller is wonderful. He listens, runs the test you need, makes a plan, makes a goal with his patients. He communicates with you on why it's important and how it will all work together. I use to not be able to go out bc I was in so much pain, I couldn't keep anything down for months. He made all of that go away. He's one of the best Doctors I know! And I will always use him! My family is very grateful for him!!
I have seen Dr Ziller for more years than I’d care to admit. This is a Dr who has taken very good care of me and goes above his role as my GI Dr. I feel totally lost at the closing of their clinic and I pray that he pops up again.
Dr. Ziller is an excellent diagnostician. He explains things very well, and he genuinely cares about his patients.
I saw Dr. Ziller for about 2 months. He was a bit condescending towards me and also talked over me. It made me reluctant to tell him about my problems. At one appointment I asked “really?” to one of his statements and he replied “yes, really I’m a doctor I think I’d know” and it was definitely not in a joking tone, trust me. It probably wasn’t personal but he should work on his people skills. I found a new GI that really cares and wants to hear and help with my Crohn’s problems. He may be a good fit for someone else, differe... read more
He doesn’t like questions. I was told to read his notes. I’m not convinced I needed all the procedures performed. When I questioned a procedure he became angry, struck the bed rail and stormed out of the room. He is rude, unkind, and unprofessional. I think he is very smart and most likely a good gastro doc. Unfortunately, his attitude and demeanor make him impossible to trust.
A kind and gentle doctor.
Never has time to explain your condition. I will never go back to him. He is also very unfriendly.
He perforated my esophagus and tried to send me home even though I was bleeding. I consequently spent a week in the hospital. I wouldn't trust him.
Met Dr. Ziller while in Icu, from colon hemorrhaging. He took very good care of me. I've never waited in office longer than 15min after receiving a colectomy. Office visits was 5 star to me, never waited long, always in/out in an hour or 1.5 the most. I will however give him a 1 star, for leaving the State of Arkansas, he will remain 1 of the 2 Best G.I. Dr's I've ever trusted!
