UNPROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Ms. Shah was extremely rude as soon as I sat down in the room with her. She closed the door and started asking me why I was there. I made a list prior to arriving because I wanted to make sure I let her know since I am a new patient. As soon as I started letting her know, she cut me off and said she'll only hear 2 things and I can come back next week to discuss other things.
