Had a scan done on Monday November 19. Today is Friday and they still haven’t read my scan ! Their reason is they were closed for Thanksgiving . So nobody bothered to read it for 4 days ? The secretaries are rude, and unprofessional. The office is a 3 ring circus ! I will never ever go back!

I'm very sorry to say that after many years of patronage at the E Islip office, I will probably never go back. I had such a rude encounter with an arrogant yet ignorant "assistant office manager", who was all about office policies and not in the least about patient service. She actually disputed what the receptionist told me by phone as if she had been privy to the appt, which I can assure you, she was not because she was wrong.
