This was my first time visiting this office. I switched from VisionWorks to here because I felt VisionWorks wasn’t a very warm, friendly and welcoming environment. I’m so glad I switched! Kay and Dr. Zikowski are breaths of fresh air! I would definitely recommend this office. The front office staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office.
Such a nice place with friendly people. Excellent choice of frames. They adjusted my glasses as a courtesy which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to get future glasses.
i went to the rockledge office today for my eye exam (i typically go to washington crossing) and i had such a great experience. Kat & Dr. Strohl took me back pretty quickly and answered all my questions after my exam. when i was checking out Logan at the front desk advised me i can come back in whenever to pick out my glasses as i wasn’t prepared to get any today. she did all my checkout and was very helpful when i had an insurance question. everyone i interacted with was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. i hi... read more
Friendly, timely, cleanly, courteous
Highly recommend!! I went in for something simple that my regular place said they couldn’t do because my warranty was past the time limit; Javana was happy to help and had the issue corrected within ten minutes. If more businesses operated like this, they’d have a lot less dissatisfied customers! Needless to say, this is where I’ll be going from now on. Thank you MYEYEDR.
