Zija International's practices are becoming more questionable each year. I have been a member since 2011 with 2 auto ship orders. Zija implies they value your loyalty for auto ship with Loyalty Reward points. However, they delete your EARNED points if you change your auto ship date. After inquiry to customer service, both by phone and Live Chat, I was told the points can't be reinstated.
