Dealing with this company has been exhausting today that least. My vehicle was hit by one of their cement trucks while it was parked in front of my house which my security cameras had caught on video. I didn’t recognize it until later in the day after everyone had left, tried to call someone at Zignego for almost an hour, leaving messages, getting transferred around before I finally found the person who I’m supposed to talk to which was John Bartelt (come to find who is the HR manager). Great Company, Great people and Family owned!
There drivers are terrible. I have almost been side swiped multiple times from their mixing trucks. Lane changes with no signal, absolutely no cognizance of traffic around them, and no comprehension of the rules of the road. And of course no response from the company themselves. If I could give zero stars I would.
