I have to give Ziggys a 5 star. After my mother was ghosted by Cliffs RV and left with no heat going into winter at 87 years old, he went above and beyond getting someone to help her since he was booked up until November. It was highly appreciated.
Without hesitation I highly recommend Ziggys RV Remedy for your RV needs. Iazaya is a well trained, excellent technician. I never met him before today. But I have to say, I am most impressed with the expertise that he demonstrated as he tackled every issue that needed to be remedied on my RV. I found him to be very fair priced and very reliable.
This guy is amazing! Called me n i explained my electrical issue, he told me to check a junction box up under coach for a burnt wire, sure enough, that was it! I never woulda looked there! I owe this guy beers!!
I called after 6pm and he returned my call within an hour. Really didn't expect a call until the next day. He came the next day and evaluated the problem. Our 5th wheel landing jacks went down but not the other 4. Slides would not move either. We found a busted hydraulic line. After looking over all the lines he found 2 lines had been replaced with only 3000 psi lines and the other lines (10 years old) were weeping and ready to blow. We left a message on Ziggy's phone after hours asking for help retracting Equalizer levelers which were stuck. We were stranded at Lake Davis! We received a text within a few minutes giving us step-by- step instructions that might solve our problem. It worked. We will take our RV to Ziggy's for servicing from now on!
