You guys make amazing food, but I gotta tell you you told me that you made an error on your end and I told you I didn’t want fries delivered to me. This place should disclose that they are charging costumers a fee for using a card additionally they are including a delivery fee. You’re better off going to dominos.
I ordered them through DoorDash two different times and both were canceled so I called and asked do they take DoorDash and they said no we do not support the coupons that they offer that is very unprofessional and why are you even on DoorDash We don’t accept their promotions?
Absolutely terrible experience. The prices listed on the menu do not match what they actually charge you in person, which is incredibly misleading. I was also upcharged $15 simply because I paid with a card instead of cash. If there is a card fee, that should be clearly disclosed upfront—not something customers discover after ordering. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. I feel bad to report - I haven't had the Pizza. The wings and fries are cooked perfectly and a great beer selection. They've got any game going on the TVs. When I pass through (headed to/from VT from Maine or CT) im thinking "wings, fries, a beer and a half/ a quarter /an inning of a game and then I'll hit the road". Pretty easy place to get into a conversation too. Also, great staff. My wife and I look forward to swinging in here. I recommend it.
