Arrogant, RUDE! Unfair. Over-priced. Demanding Cash ONLY to pick up a towed vehicle. (Who carries $800 in their pocket ??) …forcing us to go to a bank. The staff was an embarrassment to senior citizens just wanting to pick up their belongings from their vehicle…) RULES have to be followed ..understood…but in some cases they can be altered slightly? . I couldn't say enough good things about this shop. I've brought my truck and girlfriend's car in here several times over the years and they are the most honest and smartest people you'll get for auto help down on the Cape.
Cops towed my car, expired Registration, a ticket would have sufficed....to tow the car 12 miles and store it overnight almost 600 dollars!!...robbery! Stay away!....BBB will hear.
