Ziiggy’s installed my roof a few years back. Two years after the install., I went into my attic to see sunlight streaming through the vent pipe openings. It turns out that Ziggy’s put defective, cheap rubber collars around the pipes that soon weathered away, allowing precipitation to flow directly in the attic. Don’t waste your time. My husband and I went in to pick up a window and some other things today. Let me preface by saying I had called to make sure the window was in stock and asked if I could pay for it over the phone. Because they couldn’t find our phone number in their system, they wouldn’t let me pay for it outright as there was apparently an application form to complete prior to making a full purchase.
