Great customer service!!
Brought out a bunch of warped cedar boards out....tried to load em and run away.
As I sit in your parking lot writing this review, I can’t help but feel disappointed. During my 30 minutes of shopping, with only 4–6 other customers in the store, not a single one of the eight employees acknowledged me, offered help, or asked if I needed assistance. Your stores are clean and have a great selection to choose from, but I strongly feel the mark is being missed when it comes to friendliness and customer service.
If you're gonna point out the bad you gotta praise the awesome. Lee Duke you are just that. Hard to find someone these days who first of all is knowledgeable in his craft but attentive and responsive. Thank you Lee and YEEEAH ZIGGYYYYS
