My hair was dead, dry and didn't have life to it. So, with that being said, I went to go get it cut here at Zigbi's. Place was nice, clean and tidy. But, I had asked for a trim. So not even 2 centimeters of hair off. My hair was up to probably halfway through my back. Got a "trim". Now it is up to my shoulders. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication with the lady cutting my hair, but it feels as though she did what she thought was "right" for my hair, but she gave me a u- shaped cut and a bob. Amazing as always. Beautiful friendly staff that do a great job.
The staff are found today was a tard rough, so painful and she did noteven pick up cues. Had to leave my threading as I could not tolerate it anymore. Am still sore
Sofie did great (love my honey blonde hilights) and I am happy with the end result. Felt very taken cared of, she listened and suggested what could be better. Will definitely look again for her on my next appointment
