Due to having multiple Probus groups attend , with most people 70years or older , i was disappointed in the staff , not helping people on and off the trains . It was left to my husband to get a ramp out . On another carriage a lady fell , & there wasnt even a first aid kit on board . The shop didnt have anything much to buy . I think Thirlmere is better .
Awesome experience, friendly staff, would definitely recommend.
Paying $50/P and driving almost 2hrs for just inhaling smoke from engine. View is not that exiting and specially if you are wrong side of the train. 90min ride includes of 30-40min of stopping. Is not worth of money you spend.
