We had a very good customer service experience with Cindy on the Crystal Mall store. She was very helpful and she went above & beyond when we went there to ask for help. I needed my glasses badly since I had & will have a long drive going home to U.S.A. She was able to deliver it fast & on time before we left, going home. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have their glasses done fast with the price that is right. Thank you so much, Cindy!!! 🫶

I've been going to this place for a while but my most recent visit was amazing! I picked up my glasses yesterday at about 3 or 4 pm and Nico along with another guy (i didnt get his name) was very helpful and detailed when it came to adjusting my glasses which took quite a while. They made sure the fit was perfect and I would say this is the best experience I've had with glasses fitting. They were very polite and happy to help which is wonderful considering that sometimes people are more lazy to help out with adjustments afte... read more
