I had a good experience here today. when I walked in, I was greeted with a pleasant Hello from the cashier. I had an in store pickup, which was quick and easy, and I needed plumbing help, so the cashier paged their plumbing guy Mike who helped find me a spot on O-ring for my non-standard bathroom sink P-trap that fixed my leak. Thank you mike! He helped me on the phone, and in store to find an O-Ring to fix my leak where other Ace Hardwares didn't have the size I needed. Great help from associates. Very helpful and kind.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at ACE. I had a key made here, and it turned out to be completely wrong and didn’t work at all. On top of that, the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. Instead of trying to fix the issue or apologize, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I expected much better from a hardware store. I definitely won’t be coming back.
