Hoss is a stand up citizen. My husband and I were driving home on the highway and one of my tires blew. We were sitting on the side waiting for a tow to come when Hoss pulled up behind us and helped us with no questions asked. Got our spare down, put air in it, put it on my car. We didn’t even need the tow, he made sure we were able to get where we needed to go. He told us to pay it forward if given the chance. If one employee asks like this, the company must be just as nice. Thank you so so much, Hoss!!
I guess once a business gets so big and does so much volume with bigger companies, the small guy’s business isn’t important. I called in 2 days ago to purchase tires for my race trailer at the store on wolf ledges and my only ask was there a way to make sure that the tires were dated no later than mid 2025, I was immediately told that what ever I order or take from out of inventory is what I get and that they can’t guarantee a certain date.
