I bought my tires from another Zigler tire location. The Akron location, I've been to now, 2 days in a row has been extremely busy. The first day I couldn't find a parking location. The second day not as busy. I enter the waiting room and ask if I could get a tire rotation. I'm not greeted, instead I'm told "we're extremely busy" and asked if "I'm dropping off or waiting?" Scheduled a fleet vehicle to get work done two weeks in a row and they failed to get the truck done both times. Didn’t even order any parts or anything. Didn’t even look at the truck. Scheduled for morning, called at 2:30 pm hadn’t even looked at it. If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody’s cares in this place…unfortunate.
They always have the best service ever literally and the best prices in town and the employees specially Jeff
