I cannot recommend Ziegler Carpet Cleaning enough! My Karastan area rug was severely damaged after my daughter's cat urinated on it more than ten times. No matter what I tried, I just couldn’t get the odor out. That’s when I called Phil at Ziegler, and I’m so glad I did! He assured me that my rug could be restored and walked me through the entire cleaning process. I recently inherited a number of oriental rugs and Phil and his team are a real find! I have delivered 9 rugs to him for repair and/or cleaning. He is careful to review each rug and point out what needs to be done. The results have been spectacular - bringing life and color back into the rugs. He is also really careful to explain repair needs AND was very honest about the state of one rug and recommended that we just get rid of it. Pricing is also very transparent. I highly recommend them!
