Bad costumer service…first impression is a big deal. So when you answer the phone make sure to greet and introduce yourself. I asked for the name to refer to the lady with her name as I’m talking to her. And she refused to give it! And repeated she wouldn’t! If you are going to run a business be more courteous. It doesn’t hurt or cost anything to be nice! You lost an interested costumer who needed repairs to an existing apartment parking lot or a new asphalt project!
I have lupus. And I had no ride to my doctors and needed my fiancé to take me and Lori was rude. And denied him to take me. Her attitude is rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I told her this was urgent it takes months to get seen. She had no care in the world.
