Top Notch service! When everyone is booking a week out they got me in same day for an injector. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Will be back.
Stopped in to pick up some fuel filters and water separators for a CAT 3406E. Dean in the parts department was very helpful. When I told him about the issues with the truck, he took me to the service department (unfortunately I don’t remember the gentleman’s name there) but he took time to explain potential issues for troubleshooting if the problem persists after the tanks are drained and cleaned (water and algae in fuel right now). Dean then pulled up diagrams of the injector caps and o rings and explained what could be goi... read more
