My Jeep was taken to the Ziebart location on *************, ******, ** for rust proofing, diamond gloss and fabric protection. They were told prior to rust proofing it that I had purple lights underneath. They covered those with rust protection then got the rust protection all over the vehicle and didn't even bother to clean it up (I have pictures) my jeep now looks like it has rust. They suck they are crooks . Took my car there got it back after closing and clear coat was missing off the front bumper. The car had not been cleaned , person grabbed a spray bottle and stared cleaning of the front bumper with a cloth . This is all after diamond gloss application . Poor service poor customer service . They did a walk around when I dropped it off . There were NO AREAS OF MISSING CLEAR COAT . But there was when I picked it up . They f***** up my car and then denied responsibility . I received the worst customer service I have ever had at any business. I had gone into the store to look at bed covers for my truck and look at options. They clearly did not have time to answer my questions and were irritated that I was even asking questions. I did order and pay for a truck cover. The person helping me said that when I came in the following week to have it put on he would help me apply for the double warranty. I Had received a gift card to get my windows tinted back in September for the Ziebart 14mile location. I have been trying make an appointment for a few months. There appointment slots were very limited and I was told I could not use my gift card at any other location. I finally made an appointment and lined up a ride to leave my truck there to get my windows tinted. My appointment was for 1:30 pm, after arranging a ride and driving an hour to get there.
