Very unhappy customer. Had a bed liner sprayed in my truck today, March 1,2016. The spray job looks like crap and the damaged my tailgate. They didn't bother to call and tell me they had damaged my tailgate. They left the tailgate down in an attempt to hid the damage. I had to pick my truck up after hours so I did not see the damage until I got home. Plan on talking with the store as soon as it opens in the morning.
Great under coating, friendly service
Had them spray an under coating on my new truck 4 years ago. They didn't clean it before they sprayed so the dirt was stuck to the frame. Now it's peeling off and there's rust all over my frame and under the truck. It's a big gimmick don't waist your time or money with this company!
I would not recommend using this company if you plan to schedule an appointment and Ziebart keep the time. They came up with excuses on why they could not keep the date and time they committed too. That becomes an issue when you plan to trade in your truck with a goose neck hitch and get a hitch installed in your new truck so you can utilize your trailer the next day. Luckily, B&W lists certified installers on their website.
