I had a remote start installed in my Chrysler 300. Everyone there seemed real nice, great customer service and extremely helpful with any questions you may have.

worst place to have your car done! I had my truck done there in 09. have been getting warranty touch ups on time,for 5 years. then make my appointment this year they said i was 2 days late bring it in. they couldn t keep my warranty up to date.I made my app. two weeks before last day but they couldnt get me in. so it was my fault. the manger could of cared less.

Went to get rust protection done on Mon. Nov. 14th and when I got home it took a few hours for me to clean up the chrome and body paint that had undercoating overspray on it. Then a few days later I looked up under the truck to see that they had missed a few spots and called them and they said bring it up and they would touch it up. Fri. Nov 25 I took it back up and they went over everything that I showed them and covered it all. They were very good at making things right!!!
ZIEBART DESTROYS YOUR CAR! I brought a brand new sedan to Bloomingtons Ziebart for the diamond gloss protection and window tinting. When I went to pick the car up, I found they had treated the paint without even removing the bugs from the front bumper. Basicly, they sealed the bugs to the cars paint. I also found dirty shoe prints all over the brand new leather interior and console of the interior from when the worker was appling the tent to the windows. These guys were great! I had them install Illinois law of 35% all around. 7 windows on my 2007 Chevy Impala. Dropped it off at 1:15pm and they called at 4:15pm saying its ready. Tint looks great. I will be going back for any other services I might need.
Do not trust these people to tint your windows!! i went to get my car done and after waiting a month for an open day to get it done i brought the car and they did a horrible job. There was bubbles and dirt in the tint and even a piece of hair behindt the tint. i brought the car back to get it redone and after them havinhg the car again for a whole day they screwed it up again. needless to say i will go back to this place for anything and i wish i seen everyone elses comments before i trusted these unproffesional hacks with m... read more
Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. Honest to the core. Reasonable prices. Detailing dept. could use a pro....but beyond that.....great place to take your car.
