Nico is the absolute best at this location. He’s taken care of our family for years and continues to exceed our expectations. Don’t go to any other store in the area if you want bad service. Come right to Ontario and let Nico and they’re staff take care of you.
The service I've received at the Ontario, NY Ziebart has been absolutely outstanding as well as Alex. Both get 5 stars!
My service advisor, Alex J, was wonderful. He explained everything in great detail: service, cost, time frame, and why I should get the ceramic coating done. I had decided not to do another coat, but he convinced me I should. The car is beautiful, shinier than when purchased. Time fame correct. I had to wait but it was well worth taking the time to get it done! The receptionist was friendly and pleasant and helpful. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Appreciated.
