This was my second yearly undercoating/rustproofing touch up on my truck first time in Hamburg NY.I was greeted by Harmony who took care of the paperwork who was very pleasant . Ian the sales manager an I met went over what had to be done, Ian was very helpful and answered all my questions and I actually had additional work done in the basic detail/wax. Had my yearly check up of rust coating and paint protection( diamond gloss). Went to the newest ziebart location in Hamburg, New York. It was bright & clean. Ian greeted us and explain what is being done today. Got check in and they took my car. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable. When car was done Ryan checked us out. He was very friendly. Car looked great and out by 12:30. Thank you for the great service.
