I took my car in for an interior detailing & they got liquid in my electronic e brake. So my car was in the shop for a week waiting on repairs because of them! With repair costs, rental car cost, miscellaneous costs, & detailing costs they refuse to even partially refund, this cost me over $1200! After lots of back & forth by email, they refused to make things right. So, I'm currently in the middle of a BBB case against them. Avoid this shop at all costs!!
Did my 2022 on a rack. Not a regular lift with wheel hanging and all open underneath. Did a great job ON THE EXHAUST ! Smells everytime ya drive it. Worst job i have ever had done at ziebart ! No word for it. But pictures dont lie ! Spots all around the truck that are bare !

I just had my Ceramic coat finish re applied after an accident with some body work needed in the rear of the vehicle. Had my ceramic coat finish reapplied at the Albany, NY Ziebart. Bottom line evaluation of results is in. The result was superb. Job was done by Jessie a fellow vet. the result was superb. It is a relatively new Tesla and I was worried how it could turn out. We live an hour and a half from this location. Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. We arrived at 8:45 and were told to come back at 4:30 p.m. When we arrived at 4:30 p.m. the truck had not been looked at and hadn't moved from the place we parked it! Were told the truck was not ready and we asked why it hadn't been looked at. Originally told they needed all day to let it set and dry.
