The worst. They had my car 2 days instead of one because they said their nozzle broke. Even with an entire extra day they still let my vehicle leave with black undercoating over spray all over my paint and the ceramic coating that I paid a lot of money for was never done. The were not even going to tell me until we took it back down and had it checked. We were also promised a wash and wax for them having it an extra day, but it was filthy when we picked it up. I have been here before for windshield fixes. This was my first time for ceramic coating and rust protection undercoat. I was first quoted $4,600 for both of those services. (Keep in mind I have a smaller mid size SUV). This price is way out of range. I then asked if we can do $2,000. They agreed to that price. Great service! Took my car to remove stains, Anthony did a good job.
Worst detail I’ve ever had. Do not use this place. They ruined the carpet in my trunk, didn’t clean out dust, leaves, or crumbs, and didn’t even vacuum the car. It was so bad I honestly thought they forgot to clean it altogether. I went back and they told me they would clean the inside again — but nothing changed. The only difference after their second attempt was that my trunk carpet looked worse, now ruined. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience.
