Ziebart is one sorry Company and the Manager, Brian, is very arrogant, selfish, and doesn't care about his customers. Ziebart in Bloomington, IL tried to under coat my Jeep Sahara and did a sloppy job---Many things under the jeep was never touched, black undercoat was all over my muffler and tailpipe in which Brian stated it shouldn't matter which is stupid!!!! Yes, ziebart does great work. The rhino bed looked great, the under coating was fabulous. The scratches on the other hand on a 2019 Ford Ranger were not bought and paid for. Pictures prior to them taking possession of my vehicle and then 2 days later I get an argument that they didn't do them was to much. Vince is a nice guy and seems customer oriented. His argumentative attitude though is really lack luster. Pictures say more than words could ever express. Nice guy but can improve.

I'll give them a five. I called and asked too have my name removed from further warranty notifications because I missed the deadline on my Ford van, my fault. Connor allowed me too have the yearly undercoating inspection done regardless with no problem or additional cost, can't beat that. on oct six I took my car in to get it re-rustproof, Andy told me about there diamond gloss protection they have after explaining everything to me I decided to give it a try. They did a wonderful job, my car looks great I love what they did to it. I would recommend them to everyone.i'm very pleased with what they did. thanks, Andy E.grandison
I use to be a loyal customer of Ziebart for years, but no longer. Mike the manager was too lazy to walk out to my car to answer some questions on getting paint protection to some areas that had been re-painted. He just wanted to quote prices for the hood and fenders and did not seem concerned about questions I had on specific areas. He was arrogant and disrespectful to me as a customer.
