I recently purchased a "new" used car, it was in good shape, but no undercoating. I also required a 2" hitch for my bicycle rack. Tim Paige was my sales representative, he helped me understand the process, ordered my hitch, and gave me a great package price. Had the Diamond Total Protection package done, followed later by a tonneau cover being fitted. The staff were great... very helpful, not pushy, straight up! Accurate descriptions of work to be done, time required etc. When I collected my truck on 2 different occasions - 2 jobs... I was wrapped with how it was presented (both times). Recommend these guys ANYTIME!!

Thanks TIm! I had a wonderful purchase for my new Chevy Silverado Hi Country. I just went in for a window tint on my front windows. They did a perfect job just as I wanted after a discussion with Tim. He showed me his truck and we agreed on the percentage of tint. It turned out better than I had hoped for. The team at Ziebart was great to work with, and Andrew and Andy were on top of things. My car was finished quickly, and the undercoating came out great. The exterior was polished up nicely with spray coat that was applied. I will be returning for future services as needed! Awesome job, thank you!
Awesome product!! Awesome customer service!! Bruno/Mike/&Andy and the whole Ziebart Syracuse team are the best in the business. I had my 2011 Chevy truck undercoated. I also had an interior detail done as well. The undercoating was sprayed smooth and nice. There was no overspray on anything. I really didn’t think they could bring my interior back to life. I had a time constraint and Andrew was able to get my car in promptly and it was completed earlier than he had indicated. I appreciate that. then I left the paper work behind when I left. I called and spoke to Andy who secured it for me until I could pick it up. I have no complaints with the service. my preference would be that, once I indicated I was in no position to consider any of the additional services offered, that the sales pitch would have stopped.
