We dealt with Dan Fahy at Canandaigua store. Couldn’t be more pleased. Upon completion of the job he walked us around vehicle. Pointing out features of the service. When we got to front there were grass clippings from lawn service. He immediately went inside, returned and wiped down front of vehicle. Will recommend this store and personnel to anyone.
Avoid this place at all costs. I called twice to find out about undercoating and to say I was bringing my truck in - neither time did they say I needed an appointment, or wouldn't take the truck without one. I brought it in Monday morning per instructions, was told I needed an appointment, but they agreed to do it by Wednesday afternoon and would call me when it was ready. Ziebart of Muncie is the greatest place all product are excellent I have most of them. Very personable they treat you like family.
If you want employees of Ziebart to take your car around for joy rides around their building, breaking the tires loose then this is your GO TO SPOT! Took my car in for renewal, after I got it back, went through the dash cam footage to find out the employee was revving the engine for no reason, when moving the car the driver was breaking the tires loose. Took a chance and gave this Ziebart a call to see if I could get my Tahoe in for its annual re-treatment without an appointment. To my surprise the Ziebart associate said sure. Stopped in to find the facility under renovation and getting a major face lift and abundance of activity with Ziebart personnel and customers. My wife's remote starter failed after just under a year. I called Mike and he said to bring it by. I did an hour later and he was able to fix it by inputting some remote codes. While there I asked him to put new batteries in both fobs. He did. He would not take any money for it. Great service!
Terrible and unprofessional I had an 1130 appointment I dropped my car off at 10 o’clock they called me at 3:30 and said my car was done I got there at 3:45 they had not even started my car then they lied to me told me I would have to wait till 5 o’clock no one had even started on my car didn’t give me a discount I had to wait till 530 and tell my car was done they totally suck
