My experience was good. I was in for a 1 yr follow up on rustproofing. Dan was very knowledgeable and explained all the different options now being offered by Ziebart. My vehicle was ready when promised. I would recommend this location .
Had my truck undercaoted last week. Never got the dust off under the truck before spraying, missed spots and not around heat source or moving parts either. Where they drilled holes now there is bare metal. Never removed factory plugs in door jam to spray in rockers, never sprayed in rockers where the factory taped over access holes. Truck went in on mon night freshly waxed and whatever they used to wash truck removed all wax even on roof. Great experience !! Worked with Tim , who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tim covered all options thoroughly and was able to answer all my questions. After leaving I had questions on some future work. Tim was very prompt on answering or returning my call , and again was able to answer my questions promptly. Vehicle looked great and is going back for more work. Will highly recommend there work and friendliness.

To make 2020 worse I was taken advantage of by Scott Leaver because I am a woman! Women beware!! I brought my vehicle to the Brice Rd location in June 2020 to have my windows tinted, scratch repair, and Protect-A-Shine. The car looked great when I picked it up but as soon as I washed it ALL SCRATCHES WERE VISIBLE and the SHINE was GONE! They did not do the service I PAID IN FULL for them to do. I have reported this store the BBB. Be careful ladies!!
Dan Fahy gave exceptional customer service!! He listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly and produced what he promised. He looked over my car carefully after I had the Platinum care treatment and it looked beautiful. He also shared important information for future services included, so I would continue to get the most out of my purchase. We need more people like Dan Fahy!
