My first visit Ziebart Hiawatha blvd W Syracuse, NY 13204 I thought was good. The lady at the desk sold me a extra package to get my vehicle washed, waxed and interior cleaned that I could take advantage each time I brought my vehicle in for warranty under carriage spraying. I went in today to get my undercarriage spraying and asked about the extra page I paid for and they sales person said, “the lady who helped you,got you, if you want the service it’s another $1,000 dollars and laughed”. Duster-73 I took my Chevy 2021 Silverado there. I got the diamond package. Matt and the whole crew went up and above to make shur I was happy with the job. I had some questions about what all they did and how they did it. Matt took the time to explain everything to me. I would take my cars or truck back to them if I ever need their service Again. I thought they were very good to work with.
i went into ziebart for my yearly maintenance and was concerned about chips and scratches in my car paint. marcus , not only showed me how to not get any more scratches or chips, but he even paid for my touch up paint to repair the existing chips. i would highly recommend asking for, and dealing with marcus at the lyell ave ziebart. thank you for being so professional marcus.
Just had my 1st annual reapplication for the under coating and diamond gloss. My wife's vehicle we also bring here and after we get hers back i've looked underneath to see ne black sprayed application. My vehicle was not touched. When I bought the vehicle I spent $2000 on the rust proofing treatment yearly and the diamond gloss. I guess I paid for 10 car washes (1 a year for 10 years) for $2000. Thinking I got robbed.

Tarah richter was extremely helpful with my partners appointment for having their car detailed and exuded amazing customer service. I am observant when it comes to customer service and on the occasion I I see exceptional employees I am sure to ensure their management so they're cognizant of what an asset they are to the company!
