Hats off to Ron, Matt, and team. In the last 2 months I have had undercoating, detailing, tinting, running boards, and a truck bed cover installed and have nothing but good to say about this location. They are knowledgeable and bend over backwards helpful. It's nice to find a place like this that makes the customer feel comfortable.
Very rude, did shoddy job of interior detailing. Have been taking vehicle here for 4 yrs never a problem before. Very sad. I also was supposed to have Ziebart rust proofing done with yearly warrenty and it was checked that it was completed. I know the strong smell of Ziebart rust protection that lasts a couple days and there was no smell at all. Very disappointed.

Connor Moore was fantastic help at Canandaigua Ziebart and a big thank you to Paul Shur for your kindness and promise of a great looking shine. My 2015 mustang got a ceramic coat. Wow. It looks better than new. Both Paul and Connor assured me I would love it and they were right. Fast, caring professional service. My 3rd vehicle in to see them. Great place to get things done. They work around you!! They have earned my loyalty.
Ziebart is we’re I will be going from now on. Lily was friendly yet professional and explained everything to my satisfaction. The special they had allowed me to do 2 vehicles and I even added chip guard to my truck. Thank you Ziebart!
When service and workmanship are poor I must tell others to avoid similar issues to mine. Last August I had protective film put on the front of my car and here it is 10 months later and the clear protective film is peeling off and getting bubbles. Most of it is black under the film . The best I can get is bring it back and we will take a look at it. The manager Brian is extremely immature and unprofessional. They lied about putting in writing that if something happened to the liner they sprayed the would fix it. Once I picked up the vehicle they no longer said they would put it on writing and Brian threatened to call the cops because we questioned it. Do business elsewhere. The dude has multiple complaints about him yet he is still employed there.
I was in the Lyell Ave store and spoke with Marcus for some work I wanted to get a quote on. He was very helpful and patient. Marcus was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I left feeling good about the service I got at his store. Marcus went above abs beyond to answer all the questions I had.
Ft Wayne Ziebart provides top notch services and I would highly recommend them. I have had horrible service from two different Ziebart stores in Indiana and the FW Ziebart puts them to shame. They really care about the customers vehicle.
