Poor customer service and poor workmanship! If you like your car do not bring it here. They are dishonest and only even care about a complaint once a review is posted.
I had a Bullet spray on bedliner installed after doing a lot of research online. Both product and application exceeds my expectations. The application was very uniform and the masking was excellent. UPDATE: New manager called my cell 9:26 pm 8/23/17 and apologized for the mix up. Gave many options to get my auto. He went to business pulled my auto out and we picked up that same night. That is going above and beyond to rectify our inconvenience. Kudos to prompt response. We are all human and mistakes do happen, but finding someone to fix issues promptly is rare today. I highly recommend these guys, got my windows tinted and they did an amazing job would definitely go back amazing crew with good energy and great customer service
We took our brand new car in because our neighbor got overspray on it and when we got home we realized there is a mark in the window trim where they must have hit it with something. They were great about fixing billing issues very quickly. - no there has been no resolution to the damage done to the vehicle. We will be contacting corporate with the estimate to repair all parts damaged by Ziebart.
