I have been taking my cars to Vince for years. He gives great service and an outstanding product. Vince treats his customers so well that it is always a pleasure to see him. We have a 13 year old Escape and a five year old Edge They look great! As an example, last summer I was asked about my car in my driveway. The woman was looking to buy a new car, liked mine and wanted to know what it was!! She could not believe it was 12 years old!!We are getting ready to buy a new car this fall and will take it to Vince.

I have always been satisfied with the work that Ziebart has done on my Jeep. I go back annually for the free service and my car is over 7 years old now and shows no sign of rust. Got a lifetime warranty remote start installed. They won't give me any paper work proving its lifetime warranty. that way they can change there mind down the road. then a year later had the remote start removed to be installed in another car like it. mine was almost rotted in half. quoted at $50 for it to be switched. 3 days later went to pay. $180. almost a new remote start price. and they said sorry we quoted u wrong. they added no new parts or pass keys. just a hefty bill...... then they didn't even hook the trunk up in t... read more

I recently brought my car into have windows tinted, and was greeted with the most helpful staff.. I was very indecisive when it came time to select the color of tint. Tim never made me feel rushed. I will always chose Ziebart in Greenwood!!
I was ripped off by a salesman named Laran at the Lyell Ave. Ziebart in Rochester NY. We agreed on a pair of high end $150.00 a pair Kicker speakers to be installed with new wiring for $274.00. I ended up with $59.00 low end CS68 Kickers and my old wiring was used. Since my receipt doesn't have the model # listed, They say there not responsible. I was never able to contact there GM Tim Cone. He hasn't returned my calls or come out to see me in person.
